We would like to extend our warm welcome to today’s guest speaker, Pastor Wayne Kwok. Pastor Wayne is a Youth Worker with the Greater Vancouver Youth Unlimited.

Thanksgiving Table. Join us at WBC for the Thanksgiving Table, a special initiative designed to bring our growing congregation closer together. Participants will be randomly assigned to a few meal partners and asked to organize a meal within two weeks before or after Thanksgiving. Register now to reserve your spot at the Thanksgiving Table! Registration deadline is September 30.

Monthly bulletin including summary of the board meeting and the financial report has already posted on the church website and bulletin board.

2025-2027 Deaconship Election

• Criteria and procedure for deacon election has been posted on the bulletin board.

• All nominees are to be approved and recommended by the nomination committee.

• Since this year’s deacon election will be conducted online, members will receive an email from the church next week to confirm their email address. If you have not received the email from the church by September 29, please take the initiative to contact the church office.

• Members who are unable to vote online are asked to call the church office before October 20 to make an appointment to vote physically.

• Nomination closes: September 29 Sunday

• Publication of final deaconship candidates list: October 12+13

• Deaconship election: November 2+3
