  • Westside 101 is a course designed for anyone who wishes to join us as a member through baptism or transfer of membership. It consists of approximately five 90-minute classes. Please register at universe.com/westside

  • Christian New Year Special Services

    • Sunday, November 29, 2026

    • The Saturday Cantonese Service on Nov 28 is CANCELED. Children’s (CitRUs) and Youth (GZone) ministries will not meet on Nov 29. We encourage all families to attend the service together as an intergenerational gathering.

    • Service Times (No Simultaneous Interpretation)

      • 9:00 AM (English): Recommended for families with children or youth who only speak English.

      • 11:00 AM (Cantonese): Suitable for families with children who are fluent in Cantonese.

    • Ticket is available at universe.com/westside

      • Ticket Required: Adults and all children enrolled in CitRUs.

      • Free Entry (No Ticket Required): Toddlers under 3 years old.

  • 2027–2029 Deacon Election

    • The criteria and procedures for the deacon election have been posted on the bulletin board. Please read them carefully. If needed, nomination forms can be obtained from the church office.

    • All nominees must be reviewed and recommended by the Nomination Committee.

    • Deacon Election Timeline:

      • Nomination Begins: September 12

      • Nomination Deadline: October 18

      • Announcement of Deacon Candidates: November 7 & 8

      • Deacon Election: November 22

  • WBC is partnering with Familogue to recruit youth artists and volunteers for Neurodivergent Culture Lab — six free art workshops and an exhibition where youth can express themselves through art.
