Scripture Reading Plan
In Chapters 1-7, it reflects Paul’s vulnerable defence of his apostleship through suffering, humility, and Christlike love. The Corinthians had been swayed by more impressive leaders and grew ashamed of Paul’s weakness and poverty. Paul counters by reframing weakness through the paradox of the cross: true glory is revealed in self-giving love and sacrificial service. He invites them into a “new covenant” relationship empowered by the Spirit, not written on tablets but on transformed hearts. Read these chapters as Paul models forgiveness, authenticity, and the power of suffering to reflect Christ’s glory. Let his words challenge your views of success and leadership.
