Announcements - June 19, 2022
The BC Government announced that starting March 11, 2022, the requirement of faith communities to restrict attendance based on vaccination status is no longer required. Therefore, the church will no longer require participants to show their vaccination proof when attending an on-site gathering.
Even though face covering is no longer mandatory according to new government regulations, we still encourage the use of facemasks during indoor gatherings for added protection. We also invite you to check your body temperature and sanitize your hands before entering the hall of worship.
Brothers and sisters who are showing any symptoms of COVID or who have other concerns, you are welcome to continue worshipping with us through Zoom at 11:30 am.

EM prayer meetings are held every Sunday at 10:30 am in Room E. All are encouraged and welcome to attend.
During this transitional period, cash donation is not accepted. The church is accepting offerings through the following methods:
e-transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org;
drop off the cheque into the mailbox at the main hall when attending the in-person worship service on Sundays;
mail the cheque to the church.
We have a children's program during English service for ages 3-7. If you have friends or relatives who have children in that category please invite them. For young babies, parents can stay with them in room B. Please remember this ministry in your prayer.
WBC 101 is a course for those who wish to join the church through baptism or transfer to become a member or reinstate membership. If you would like to join Westside as a member, please register at universe.com/westside. When enough people sign up, we will start the class and arrange a suitable time for the course.
There will be joint small groups on June 23 Thursday night for the book study of Jonah.
The monthly bulletin is now available on the church website and bulletin board. Please check out important notices.
Please note the poster at the entrance of the main hall that shows parking available in the neighbourhood. For the sake of our neighbours, please do not park in front of the local residents.
