Fellowship Life

  • Westside 101 is a course designed for anyone who wishes to join us as a member through baptism or transfer of membership. It consists of approximately five 90-minute classes. Please register at universe.com/westside

Announcements

  • A new Christian Education will begin on January 12 at Room E between 10:45 - 11:45am. Topic: Emotionally Healthy Spirituality (8 lessons). Please register on universe.com/westside.

  • Monthly bulletin consists of summary of deacon board meeting and financial report has been posted on the church website and bulletin board.

  • The Annual General Meeting will be held on January 26, 2025 at 3:00pm via Zoom. Details of the meeting and voting procedures will be announced. Members, please reserve time to attend.

  • WBC101 will be held in February. This course is designed for those who would like to join the church as members through baptism or transfer of membership during Easter this year. If you would like to become a member of Westside, please register at universe.com/westside.

  • January 6 marks the day of Epiphany, ushering in a new season on the Christian Calendar. The word “Epiphany” means “appearance” or “manifestation.” During this season, we focus on reflecting on the ministry of Jesus, starting with His baptism.

  • From now until the beginning of Lent, we will journey through the narratives of Jesus in Matthew, Mark, and Luke, covering the period from His baptism to just before His final entrance into Jerusalem. As you read these Gospel stories, pay close attention to how the glory of God is revealed in the life of Jesus. Let these accounts deepen your understanding and appreciation of His mission and ministry.
