This week’s reading from Luke chapters 12 to 17 comprises numerous concise passages of teaching or parables. Some of these passages may be quite familiar to you, while others may be relatively new. For the familiar ones, take the time to notice any details you might have overlooked before. For the less familiar ones, pay attention to the aspects that pique your curiosity and surprise you. As you reflect on these passages, consider whether your observations align with your previous preconceived notions of Jesus. If not, which aspects of your imagination of Jesus require revision?
Reading Plan for this week:
Jan 26 (Sunday) Luke 12:35-59
Jan 27 (Monday) Luke 13:1-30
Jan 28 (Tuesday) Luke 13:31-14:14

Jan 31 (Friday) Luke 16:1-31
